The Therapy Dog Team
We know how much joy dogs bring to our lives. Therapy Dogs can offer support and have a calming effect on those around them. Dogs can help us in so many ways and we have seen this time and time again with our Therapy Dogs.
We train Therapy Dogs to work their magic on you and those around you!

The Magic of Four Legged Therapy
Researchers have looked into the chemistry behind a dog’s loving gaze and discovered that there is a positive feedback loop between people and dogs. With this gazing eye contact, humans oxytocin levels increase and when we have raised oxytocin levels, we feel calmer and happier. Spending time with dog’s is a chemical stress reliever.
The Therapy Dog Team: Volunteering
Do you think your dog could be a Therapy Dog?
We have met different dogs over time who would make fantastic Therapy Dogs. They have the right temperament, attitude and personality. Coupled with the right training, they have what it takes to be a Therapy Dog.
The Therapy Dog Team visit a number of places with their team of volunteers and their dogs to bring joy and therapy to those who need it. If you think your dog could be a Therapy Dog, please get in touch with us to hear about what is involved in becoming a member of our volunteer team.
